50’s Black Feathered Derby Hat sixties dress Part of DIANE FREIS FASHION1950's black wool felt derby with a slightly flaring front brim, narrow on the sides and minute on the back. No hatband just a layer of thick veiling from side to side. Left front holds a self bow and holder with black feathers rising toward the front. Interior edges are wire and it is finished with a narrow black grosgrain ribbon. No label. Excellent condition other than the veiling is damaged and cannot be worn down. Inner circumference is 22
