Fully lined skirt. Button up from waist to collar. Would look super fun with coloured tights and some vintage flats or knee high socks paired with platform loafers, a mohair cardigan and short pearls worn under the collar for a contemporary retro look. In very good vintage condition. On close inspection there is a square stain on the chest (as seen in photos).
