Made of an early Ultra Suede type fabric in navy blue with wide notched collar, tabs at wrist, pintuck pleats from the bust all the way down the front, and large gold metal dome shaped buttons. Lined with navy blue satin. Very flattering fit. Matching belt with gold metal buckle. Called a Rovercoat. Very good condition. Size 9 found on belt.
