Russische shashka sabel, semi-scherp Vikingmantels in Bellifortis by Konrad KeyserThis is a replica of a Russian shaschka, a saber with origins in the Caucasus, whose name means "long knife" in Cherkessian. The Cossacks living there still use this traditional saber as a standard weapon in their cavalry units. This imitation Russian shaschka has a wooden handle with decorations and a brass knob. The saber comes with a matching wooden scabbard, wrapped in leather and fitted with brass fittings.
