This Heiser Egan gem is straight out of an episode of Dynasty, darling (despite it being from the 90's, not the 80s)! It has an oversized satin collar and cuffs, a very figure flattering silhouette, and the sparkliest buttons made up of 5 Rhinestones in each one. So fabulous.
