Discarded Spirits Co. distilled this grape waste to form the base for its Chardonnay Vodka. The additional taste compliment comes from the wine industry. When dealcoholizing wine, there are two end products, the non alcoholic wine and the wine alcohol separated from the wine. This "wine alcohol" is usually resold or
