Description

It has an intoxicating palate of blackberry jam

Ioppa's sole white wine is a blend of Erbaluce and Timorasso

but its probably better if you start drinking it while internetting

as the wine region was historically worked by Priories

pay homage to the birthplace of this wine with a charcuterie of Crottin de Chavignol (soft-ripened goat cheese) and some Jambon d'Auvergne (cured pork hind leg) from around the corner in the Rhone Valley

Luigi Ferrando 'Etichetta Nera' Carema DOC, 2019 Jaen It has an intoxicating palateThis wine is 100% Nebbiolo from Carema in Northern Italy. The older sibling to the 'Etichetta Bianca' this bottling is only made in select vintages. After three years in small used barrels it is released to the market. Trademark Nebbiolo characteristics are present on the palette, rose petals, red fruit, leather and a bit of tar. Cellaring is recommended but after a thorough decant this wine will complement meat dishes fresh off the grill.
