Domaine Desire Petit, Savagnin Floral "S", 2023 no050620 Hakkaisan Brewery’s Junmai Daiginjo isYoung Savagnin with the volume turned up on flowers and fruit. This 'Floral' designation signals minimal intervention and primary aromatics: white flowers, golden fruit, a fresh expression that Damien Petit's biodynamic farming amplifies. No filtering, no acidificationjust natural fermentation and indigenous yeasts.
