Thibaud Boudignon names this top Anjou Blanc for his late mother Franoise and his father Franois, declining to release the cuve in any vintage where he feels the wine wouldn't honor them. The fruit comes from his oldest Chenin Blanc vines (around 40 years) on shallow schist, rhyolite and sand in Anjou, and beginning with 2021 the wine gets two extra years of aging before release. The 2023 is laser cut and weightless on its
