Unico Zelo Pipe Dream Nero D'Avola 2022 Size::12 Bottle Case luminous pale yellow colour withSourced from the Birdwood vineyard in Northern Adelaide Hills. 500 meters above sea level, planted in Alluvial Quarts Shot Clay. Grafted over to Nero dAvola in 2015. Typically as with the Fiano its the slowest ripening of the 3 regional bottlings. Pipe Dream regardless of the vintage for me always smells like Black Cherry yoghurt, memories of growing up and fighting over the Ski yoghurt four pack, black cherry always the most sought after flavour
