Tim Russell founded Allegheny Distilling right about 2013 after some bureaucratic delays getting state licensing and label approvals its a long story. But lets just say that Pennsylvania was not fully set up to help a Rum distillery get started quickly. The extra effort was met with enthusiastic support for his craft made, small batch Rums. Those Rums are bottled under the Maggies Farm
