Mulline Single Vineyard Sutherlands Creek Shiraz Viognier 2024 danilo-thomain It's dry (brut)From the Strathmore Vineyard in Sutherlands Creek, one of the warmer and drier sites in the Moorabool Valley. Planted across 1998 and 2015 to MV6 and Abel clones, the grey and brown loams over fragmented granite give this Pinot Noir its signature lightness of colour and body. Pomegranate is the calling card of this site, and 2025 is no different. Hand picked and fermented with wild yeasts in open vats, with 30% whole bunch inclusion. Nine to twelve
