Stephane Bernaudeau spent close to twenty years working alongside Mark Angeli at La Ferme de la Sansonniere before striking out on his own in Anjou, and he farms roughly three hectares biodynamically, much of it worked by horse and trained in old fashioned gobelet rather than on wires.
