Heiwa Shuzou 'AKA KID' Aka Junmai Sake mango wheat ale The estate is 100% biodynamicMade from Gohyakumangoku rice, a red rice strain from the Wakayama Prefecture of Japan. It is a Junmai sake, polished to 55%, and includes 5% unpolished rice. Slightly unfiltered and full of interesting flavors of figs, grenadine, pear juice, vanilla, watermelon, and sarsaparilla. Berries and cream vibes, IYKYK. Enjoy with spicy rich pastas, chicken katsu, or strawberry ice cream.
