Leather bottles were used throughout the Viking Age to carry beverages during journeys. It is made from thick leather, hot water molded, hand stitched, and sealed with beeswax. To ensure the bottle is completely watertight, it has a stainless steel inner lining. It comes with a wooden stopper and a cord that allows it to be carried on a belt or over the shoulder.
