It originates from nearly century old vines in San Rocco Seno dElvio, a hillside area of Alba. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel with a short, week long maceration, before the wine spends a year maturing in large oak casks. The result is a Barbera of balance and clarity, marked by bright acidity, clean lines, and dark fruit layered with spice.
