She comes from a long line of growers in Ludes, a premier cru village high on the Montagne de Reims, and she trained at Krug and Ruinart before working alongside her husband Raphael Bereche. Her credo is simple: one wine, one terroir, one vintage. To do it, she reclaimed roughly two hectares of the family's finest old vine parcels to farm,
