Relaxed bloused fit has dramatic balloon sleeves with a funky double pleat ruffle deep v neckline, defined smocked waist with lots of stretch and a very swirly pleated skirt. The fabric is lovely, with a subtle sheer stripe and graphic poppies in shades of hot pink, indigo, sky blue, and white. Topped off with fringed tassel ties
