Their BarrelAged Bitter is a first of its kind bourbon based aperitivo aged in oak barrels. A high rye bourbon is distilled as a base. They then infuse tart cherry, fresh & dried orange peel, rhubarb, rhubarb root, hibiscus, cardamom, allspice, gentian, lovage root and cinchona bark. The
