Fred forages, grows and gathers most of his ingredients locally. The primary ingredients in his Gin 43 are juniper, bitter and sweet orange peel, lemon peel, mandarin peel, yarrow, fresh thyme, dried sage leaves, fresh lemon balm, fresh elderflower and mugo pine cone. The straw yellow color of the gin comes from a cold infusion of
