Hydrangea Smocked Dress XS-M XS but fits like XS/S)Antiqued hydrangea and rose floral print dress featuring a peasant style smocked collar with cutout notch and tie. Poufy sleeves have stretchy ruffled cuffs and a semi fitted raglan seam. Dress looks great either worn free or cinched with a belt. No label, circa 1970s. Size XS M (see measurements) Feels like Cotton, super soft & light Unlined, opaque Pull over style with tie at neck Great condition, extremely minor pilling to the fabric, no major
